Whistleblowing
Total Brokers a.s. operates an internal reporting system under Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on whistleblower protection and rules for reporting breaches under the Insurance Distribution Act. Reports are handled by a designated person; the whistleblower's identity is protected.

How to submit a report
You can use any of these channels. On request the designated person will also receive the report in person, within 14 days at the latest.

What happens next
- acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days
- notification of the assessment result within 30 days (may be extended in complex cases, at most twice by 30 days)
- reports and related documents are kept for 5 years; only the designated person has access
Other options
A report may also be submitted externally to the Ministry of Justice. Breaches of anti-money-laundering (AML) law are reported to the Financial Analytical Office. Ministry of Justice reporting system
